Permission slips and payment are due by Thursday, November 30. We will not accept permission slips at the dance. Please see our upper school dance flyer for more information.

Christmas At The Carousel

Please join us on Sunday, December 10 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the carousel at Battleship Cove for unlimited carousel rides, hot chocolate, crafts, and Christmas goodies! Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Elf Holly will be joining us from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. for photos. Please see our Christmas at the carousel flyer for more information. We hope to see everyone there!

E-Rate School Survey

This school year Holy Name School received a large Title I allocation due to the e-rate school surveys completed last year. We were able to add many valuable resources because of the money received through Title I. Our use of the information received on our e-rate school survey last year was one of the major reasons that our Title I allotment increased this year. This year's school information is due no later than December 14, 2017. It is extremely important that every family return the school survey. Please take a moment to read our e-rate school survey letter for additional details, and complete the survey below. Thank you!

Scrip Zone Gift Cards

Please remember to keep Holy Name School and Scrip Zone gift cards in mind for your shopping for birthdays, anniversaries, or Christmas gifts. Participating retailers give back a percentage to Holy Name School. If a retailer you are looking for is not listed on the order form, please visit the website to see if gift cards are available. Please write the retailer and denomination on the order form below, and return the form with a check made payable to Holy Name School. We will place orders on a weekly basis. If you need a gift card by a specific date, please make a note of that on the order form. Please see our Scrip Zone flyer for more information. Thank you for any orders you can place.
