Parent Group Meeting Date & Time

PTO meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month. Come enjoy the fellowship of other parents, and learn more about how you can help Holy Name School be the best it can be!

For your convenience, we will post PTO Meeting agendas here.

Feel free to view the minutes from our PTO meetings here.

You may also view the minutes from past PTO meetings on our Archives page.

There are many great activities that take place here at Holy Name School. From field trips and dances to Christmas concerts and Harvest Festival, there is something to excite everyone. Along with these great activities comes the extreme need for many, many volunteers. We need your help with setting and cleaning up each activity as well as running the actual functions. You will see that it is a fun and very rewarding experience knowing that you are benefitting our school as we work together molding your children into exemplary young adults. We look forward to seeing you soon!

To inquire about any available volunteer duties at the school, check out our News page, or contact the school's Administrative Assistant Jayme Chippendale for more information.

Field trips

Let us know if you would be available to accompany students on a class field trip.

Special classroom projects

Parents often have skills and talents that can lend themselves to special projects in the classroom. We invite you to share with us any talents you may have that would help.

Volunteer requirements

In order to volunteer for anything at Holy Name School, we require that parents have a CORI check. For more information, or to schedule an appointment, contact the school's Administrative Assistant Jayme Chippendale.

Parent group meetings

Our Parent Teacher Organization ("PTO") at Holy Name School functions to enrich the lives of our students and families through providing means for higher education and building our community. We serve as a communication link between home and school. Our meetings are a great opportunity for you to ask questions and give suggestions, as well as an opening for our school staff to share information and hear your input about ways to improve the educational experience of our children. Fundraising is a key part of the PTO's purpose; we accomplish this objective as we help with organizing and executing the annual Harvest Festival and many other events. We invite all to become part of the PTO and encourage you to share your individual talents with us.

Our meetings are held the first Tuesday of each month. We look forward to seeing you there!
